1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 General Terms
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@technoglobe.in.
- Cancellations are subject to the following conditions based on the service stage:
- Before Project Start: Full refund is available.
- After Project Start: Partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed, as determined by Technoglobe.
1.2 Service-Specific Terms
- Website Design, WordPress Development, and E-Commerce Development:
- Cancellations are permitted within 7 days of project initiation for a partial refund.
- No refunds are granted after 50% of the project work is completed.
- SEO and Digital Marketing:
- Ongoing services are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds for services already rendered.
- Mobile App Development:
- Cancellations within the first 10 days of project initiation are eligible for a partial refund. Beyond this period, refunds are subject to work completed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:
- Refunds are applicable only for payments made directly to Technoglobe.
- Refund requests must comply with the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Services are already completed and approved by the client.
- Delays or issues caused by client-side factors, such as failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
- Administrative fees, consultation charges, and setup fees are non-refundable.
2.3 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, clients may contact our support team for resolution. Technoglobe will make every effort to address concerns fairly and promptly.
4. Changes to Policy
Technoglobe reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
